Burcham aiming to go out on a high at Blackheath

Markus Burcham hopes to go out on a high this season by guiding Blackheath to the National Two East title.
Having made over 200 appearances for the club, 32-year-old Burcham – who has captained the side in more than 150 of those games – said: “I’ve decided I’ll hang my boots up here if we win the title but I may be tempted to play again next season if we don’t go up.”
