LEICESTER Lions head coach Gareth Collins was pleased with the response from his side as they bounced back from opening-day defeat with a big win over Old Albanian.
Six tries came in the Lions’ first home fixture of the season, pleasing Collins: “It was an exciting and dynamic performance from the team, who are starting to mould together as an effective unit.
“I was proud of the way the lads came back after a disappointing result last week away at Tonbridge Juddians.”
