CINDERFORD took another step towards the league title with a hardfought win at Redruth.
Redruth were obliged to play down the slope first half but couldn’t take the chances that came their way during a frenetic opening half hour which saw the scoreboard remain blank.
Redruth thought they had got a score when Dean Bonds hacked on to score but his effort was chalked off by referee Nick Wood.
