WORTHING earned a bonus point with this convincing win over league new boys Wimbledon.
It was a lively start from the Dons, with Dave Thornton going over for a try on two minutes after tight forward play. A James Doe conversion made it 7-0.
This set the agenda for much of the early play. Dons’ forwards dominated and scrum-half Rhys Morgan marshalling.
But then Dons errors crept in and the penalties added up.
