Stamford School claimed the U18s vase for the first-ever time, ruling the roost in a category containing 224 schools.
The Lincolnshire-based school managed to triumph despite losing their first game on day two, a rare achievement enabled by their superior points difference in that group which secured a place in the quarter-finals.
