The top two tiers of French domestic rugby have been on hiatus this weekend, giving fans a clear run at the senior men’s and Under-20s Six Nations matches – with the added advantage that it cleared the way for a number of young players to return to the age-grade side, after being held back for club duties throughout the first four rounds of the tournament.
