A good win but not a great performance, says Dowson

NORTHAMPTON moved to third in the table with a sixth Premiership victory in seven, but director of rugby Phil Dowson was far from satisfied.
“It was a good win but not a great performance,” said the Saints’ director of rugby. “Our discipline was an issue at the scrum and breakdown and we gave them a chance to win at the end having been 17 points up.
