Pearson’s eager to impress new boss

It may not have been a year to remember for the English game with two Premiership clubs going to the wall and the national head coach Eddie Jones sacked less than 10 months before the World Cup, but it has been a notable one for Tom Pearson.
The 23-year old London Irish flanker broke through last season having joined London Irish’s senior academy in the summer of 2021 following three years at Cardiff Met University where he developed an ambition to become a professional rugby player.
