Gloucester head coach George Skivington confirmed that his side had targeted the cup competitions after victory against Benetton took them to a second final of the campaign.
He said: “Halfway through the season, we knew the Premiership wasn’t going too well and had virtually gone so we sat down and committed to the two cups.
“We’ve got one trophy in the bag and I’m chuffed that we’ve got the opportunity to go to London to try and win another.
