Cornwall’s Kyle Moyle revelled in bowing out from rugby by hoisting the Bill Beaumont Division 1 title at Twickenham.

The former Cornish Pirates and Gloucester fullback retired at the end of a successful season which saw the 33-year-old win National Two West with Camborne before going on to score 19 points in Cornwall’s 39-24 victory over Lancashire last Saturday.
Cornwall ended a four-year wait to be crowned county kings for the eighth time in their history but the occasion was made even sweeter as the women’s team also prevailed in a memorable day at HQ.
