Hertfordshire signed off their championship with an emphatic victory on the road as their running rugby, along with an impressive defence, was too much for Cheshire.
Cheshire chairman of selectors, Gareth Davies was disappointed they couldn’t translate a good midweek training session onto the field. He said: “We made some changes in the week and while we were more positive going forwards, we failed to convert possession into points. We’ll look to rebuild before the next campaign.”
