L’borough hold on to keep a grip in icy conditions

LOUGHBOROUGH held on to defeat Cardiff Met at the Arms Park 19-15 in Men’s BUCS Super Rugby, fronting up across the final half-hour in icy conditions.
Hooker Ralfie Willott was supported by wingers Fin Doyle and Ben Turpin for three first-half tries that secured four African Violet points.
Last week’s BSR feature player Oran Murphy was awarded player of the match, as Archers added a losing bonus-point in a six-try affair.
