Durham prepare to blow out 175 candles

DURHAM School RFC are preparing to celebrate a historic milestone next week.
The fifth oldest rugby club in the world will celebrate their 175th anniversary on October 18 with a double-header match-day at the Playground as the Old Dunelmians take to the pitch before the 1st XV play an English schools’ selection.
Alumni include three-time Prem Rugby winning Leicester Tigers head coach Geoff Parling, 1997/98 Newcastle Premiership winner Garath Archer, who was capped for England at the 1999 World Cup, and further back the late England capta...
