BROADSTREET top the Midlands Premier after the opening round of fixtures thanks to a flurry of Friday night tries as they beat Stoke-on-Trent 38-25.
After finishing ninth last season, the Coventry-based side started the new campaign perfectly with five tries.
Sam Warne, Tim Murphy, Liam O’Brien, Chris Idehen and Matt Dight all crossed the whitewash in the opening victory.
Kenilworth marked their return to the division with a 27-21 victory over Dudley Kingswinford, scoring four tries.
