Tom O’Flaherty scored a debut hat-trick as Sale Sharks blew away a helpless Benetton at the AJ Bell Stadium by scoring nine tries in a commanding display.
The home side made a dream start to the match as early back and forth kicking resulted in Luke James ending up with the ball back in the Italian red zone.
The full-back created a gap and sent O’Flaherty for the first of his three scores.
