OTLEY finally secured the league title after beating York 10-41 at Clifton Park.
Their tries came from Elliott Morgan and Dan Preston-Routledge, both with two, followed by Dan McGee and Eddie Crossland. Joe Rowntree added four conversions and a penalty.
Toby Atkin crossed for the home side.
Preston Grasshoppers are also promoted following a 3-81 victory at bottom club Northwick.
