Old Redcliffians close on top spot

EXETER University saw their lead at the top cut to only three points as they were beaten 21-19 on their travels by Old Redcliffians.
The hosts, who have now won ten consecutive games, saw superstar winger Finn Murphy score a superb brace, with Tom Williams also crossing.
Third-placed Hornets, who have a game in hand on the students, remain five points behind following a shock 13-8 defeat at Launceston.
Weston-Super-Mare, in fourth, made it three wins on the spin with a comfortable 22-7 victory against Brixham at the Recreations Ground.
