Grieving Beddau honour tragic Tom with win

THERE were emotional scenes at Beddau as the club said goodbye to 21-year-old Tom Owen, who passed away last week, with a tight bonus-point victory over Narberth.
The Otters made the better start and scored two tries early on for a 15-3 lead, but a brace from Jordan Dando, and further tries from Jordan Goodwin and Carl Lewis allowed Beddau to turn the game around, eventually edging out the visitors 29-28 to secure a heart-felt victory.
