As useful as technology can be in professional sport, there are moments when you have to curse it. Why oh why did Nic Berry deny the crowd the chance to celebrate that wonderful piece of magic from Louis Rees-Zammit near the end of the game?
Berry admitted he didn’t know if it was a try or not, asked the TMO Joy Neville to adjudicate, and then ruled out what would have been the moment of the match for a potential ‘separation’ of the ball from his hand.
