Home-grown coaches have always been a big topic of debate in Wales. It could be argued we haven’t developed enough top-class Welsh coaches in comparison to other nations, but I think things are beginning to look up on that front.
The situation at the Dragons has been worrying of late with director of rugby Dean Ryan having disappeared off the face of the earth with Dai Flanagan taking charge of the first team.
