Paul Rees says it's time to ensure players spend less time in the gym and more with the ball in their hands
 

Max Malins summed it up last week when asked to comment on the decision of his England and former Saracens team-mate Owen Farrell to take a break from international game for the sake of his own and his family’s well-being.
“You will not find many who are tougher mentally than Owen and for him to feel he has to take this step is worrying,” said Malins, who joined Bristol from Sarries this season. “He is a very hard competitor but there is only so much any one can take emotionally.”
