RFU’s sorry failure to respond to flood

While the game in the East Midlands drowns, the RFU lifeboat is in the dry dock with the crew nowhere to be seen. If ever there was a sign of the indifference of the Bill Sweeney/Tom Ilube RFU administration towards the English club game outside the 10 Premiership clubs, it came with the severe flooding suffered last week by Championship stalwarts Nottingham.
