IAGREE with Nick Cain that England or any other country should not be able to select players from other countries to play in their national sides, particularly in established competitions like the Rugby Championship, Six Nations or a World Cup.
However, I believe it is wrong to blame the RFU for the possibility of England head coach Steve Borthwick being able to select players from South Africa, Scotland, Wales or anywhere else who are currently playing in the Premiership.
