Toulon’s Kolbe has Japan in his sights

FIFTEEN months ago, news of Cheslin Kolbe’s switch from Toulouse to Top 14 rivals Toulon delivered an electric shock to what had been, until then, a relatively quiet off-season in France. Now, it seems he’s on the move again – and his departure is probably better news for Toulon than his arrival.
