Take time to polish leaders, Eddie

RUGBY MATTERS

I HAVE absolutely no problem with Eddie Jones having his less than complementary say on the influence of our public schools on England rugby and he most certainly should not have copped a heavy handed rebuke from the RFU for his troubles.
As an outsider looking in he might just have spotted something that we have missed and proper debate is always good. It is possible to disagree agreeably and for what it’s worth I don’t think he has got the full picture and the nuances which have shaped our schools rugby over the decades and centuries.
