Not a fan of Springboks joining our Six Nations | Shane Williams

I’M old enough to have played in the Five Nations before it expanded to six teams with Italy’s arrival in 2001 and to me it is the greatest tournament in rugby.
It does seem that the next logical step after the launch of the United Rugby Championship would be for South Africa to be added to the jewel in our international crown – but that is something I find difficult to get my head around, right now at least.
Time will tell if that happens, but with South Africa’s best domestic sides playing in the northern hemisphere from next season, things are only pointing in one direction.
