RFU must not cave in to Prem pressure

WITH strong rumours of an attempt to ring-fence the top league at the end of this campaign persisting, it is time for the RFU to decide if they are still the governing body of the game in England.

The RFU have handed over significant power to Premiership Rugby but, crucially, they still control the regulations relating to promotion-relegation.
