Lord Myners’ review gets off to a distinctly dodgy start

I HAD been hopeful that the salary cap review by Lord Myners might cast an objective and slighlty jaundiced eye on a manifestly failing system but was not encouraged earlier this week when I accessed the online page for submitting comments and read the following gross error in the first paragraph blurb. Talking about Premiership Rugby it notes that,“The business is owned by the 13 clubs that take part in the competition”. Excuse me?
