Switch to 13 earns Neal his chance in top-flight

POWERHOUSE Wasps centre Ross Neal believes spending last season at London Scottish has put him in ideal shape to challenge Juan de Jongh and Elliot Daly for places. Neal – a strapping 6ft 5ins (1.96m) specimen – had been tipped for stardom at London Irish but failed to make a breakthrough.
However, moving to Scottish, where he switched to outside-centre, means he is now hell-bent on grabbing the Wasps No.13 jersey.
