Controversy: Belgium beat Spain

ONE of the saddest aspects of events in Brussels last Sunday when Belgium beat Spain 18-10 in their World Cup qualifier to send Romania to RWC2019 is that the firestorm of controversy over the all-Romanian refereeing team led by Vlad Iordachescu has completely overshadowed the most notable win in the Black Devils history.
