Scott Williams has been force to withdraw from Wales‘ tour to Japan due to a recurrent shoulder injury.
The 22-year-old sustained the injury last Friday in the Pro12 semi-final defeat to Ulster but, unlike Rhys Priestland yesterday, he will not be replaced in the squad.
Forwards coach Robin McBryde, who will lead the two-test series against Japan next month in the absence of Warren Gatland and Rob Howley, will announce his 27-man squad on May 21 to travel to the far-East.
