Gloucester v London Irish
Gloucester’s Nigel Davies has rung the changes for the return visit of Irish to Kingsholm tomorrow, despite his sides 29-22 victory last week at the Madeski Stadium.
In the backs, Jimmy Cowan replaces Dan Robson and Billy Twelvetrees returns to his usual inside centre position next to Mike Tindall.
After scoring 24 points last week Freddie Burn moves back to his preferred fly-half role and Rob Cook gets the nod at full-back over Martyn Thomas.
Akapusi Qera, Dan Murphy, Rupert Harden, Will James and Ben Morgan also all return to the starting side.
For the Exiles, Shane Geraghty will start at fly half with Darren Allinson his half-back partner.
Also in the back-line, Guy Armitage slots back in at inside centre with Jonathan Joseph joining him in the midfield, Sailosi Tagicakibau is named on the bench.
In the back row, Kieran Low starts at blindside with Jamie Gibson at openside and Chris Hala’ufia continues at No.8 and, in front on them, James Sandford teams up with captain Bryn Evans in the second row.
Former Gloucester man Scott Lawson is on the bench as England‘s David Paice starts at hooker.
