GEORGE Simpson says his short-term return to rugby with London Welsh has reignited his passion for coaching and convinced him his future belongs in the elite game.
The former Ealing, Wasps and Doncaster full-back has joined the National Two East club as a performance coach after three back operations eventually brought his playing career to an end.
Simpson, who is due to move to Japan in November to continue his business developments, believes his time away from rugby provided the clarity he needed over his next step.
