Davies leaves Tigers to join Wales coaching team

ALEX Davies is leaving Leicester Tigers to become a kicking coach for Wales. Steve Tandy has appointed the 40-year-old after being helped by Rhys Patchell and Leigh Halfpenny in his first campaign as head coach.
Davies became Leicester’s first team skills and kicking coach in 2023 after previously working with Wasps, England women, the Netherlands and Rosslyn Park.
Davies, right, a former fly-half or scrum-half, retired from playing in
