CHARLIE Simmonds has enjoyed plenty of memorable moments in a Guernsey Raiders shirt, but few can match helping the island reclaim the Siam Cup from Jersey last month.
The fly-half’s accurate boot played a key role as Guernsey edged their Channel Islands rivals 35-28 in front of a packed Footes Lane crowd, ending Jersey’s hold on one of rugby’s oldest trophies.
