CONNACHT dominated the first half at Dexcom Stadium, taking a commanding 19-0 lead into half-time.
The game took a pivotal turn in the 21st minute when Munster’s Diarmuid Barron saw his yellow card upgraded to a 20-minute red card following a high tackle on Dylan Tierney-Martin.
Connacht utilised their numerical advantage almost immediately, with Shayne Bolton crossing the line to extend the lead to 12-0after scrum-half Ben Murphy had given his side an early lead with a breakaway try.
