TOULON edged a dramatic victory over the Stormers to secure a place in the Champions Cup quarter-finals.
The French side outscored the Stormers four tries to three but the visitors felt aggrieved after they were denied three potential scores – one at the death where lock Adré Smith went over from close range (held up), one from replacement loosehead Ntuthuko Mchunu also from a pick-and-go (ball separation), and a potential penalty try off a rolling mauling, which saw just a yellow given.
