Top-scorer Sheppard is so happy to be a Hornet

HORNETS top points scorer and hat-trick hero Josh Sheppard made his 50th cap a day to remember by landing three tries in a tight game against visiting Redruth last weekend.
The 20-year-old wing is no stranger to Hutton Moor Road after following in his father’s footsteps who played for the Hornets before him, and Sheppard says the welcoming environment and attitude is what keeps him loyal.
Sheppard’s treble in the 38-31 victory over Redruth took him to 18 tries in 17 appearances this season.
