HOME side Otley held on to a narrow win, despite Matthew Probert’s late try proving Rossendale’s efforts until the end.
The Zebras were on the board after three minutes after Ant McCormack ran from the half-way line before feeding in Will Beanland, who finished under the posts. Freddie Spensley added the conversion and, five minutes later, slotted over a penalty.
Rossendale then moved possession right to tee up Krisnan Inu who dived over the line, for a score converted by Finlay Rogers.
