Maro Itoje was not fazed by making his international debut a decade ago, but reckons the current crop of youngsters led by Henry Pollock have taken it to a different level.

The captain won his 100th England cap in yesterday’s Six Nations clash with Ireland after getting his first, off the bench, against Italy in 2016.
Itoje was just 21 back then, the same age as Pollock is now, and has watched as the Northampton man has taken to the big stage like a duck to water.
