Loughborough Lightning new signing Tamsin Baynes is determined to make an impact as she balances her studies alongside a blossoming rugby career.
The 18-year-old second row was signed by the PWR outfit having impressed in training while she attended Loughborough College. Baynes has now commenced her degree in sports management at Loughborough University and made her Lightning debut earlier this season in the PWR Cup after representing England U18s in the summer.
