Prop Joe Heyes admits he was not head over heels in love with rugby a year ago – but credits Michael Cheika for rekindling his romance with the game.

The Leicester man, coached by Cheika, below, last season at Tigers, had been a spare part on England’s summer tour and was overlooked for the November Tests.
But he forced his way back into Steve Borthwick’s squad for the Six Nations, coming off the bench in all five games, and has now started four of the last five England Tests.
