I hate to be the one that says this, but as much as I want the Red Roses to win this World Cup, I really don’t think the current way the games are being played and the results are actually showing the women’s game at its best.

I hate to be the one that says this, but as much as I want the Red Roses to win this World Cup, I really don’t think the current way the games are being played and the results are actually showing the women’s game at its best.

A World Cup is supposed to be a competition between the best teams in the world showing a fair level of rivalry and competition that sees most games won by a minimal points difference.
With so many one-sided games during the pool stage of this World Cup, it really has shown how far the women’s game is behind the men’s when it comes to a truly contested global competit...
