Time to decide: To party or play?

For numerous reasons too complicated to detail, I haven’t attended a match in person in Cardiff for a very long while, so it was with much interest and indeed a little trepidation that I looked forward to a long-planned Euro weekend with friends, attending both games as a punter.
And what did I find, bearing in mind I once lived and worked there and barely missed a big game at Arms Park and then the Millennium for decades?
