Witney hooker Marcus Reading scored a try hat-trick to send Oxfordshire into their third county championship final in a row.
Banbury’s Charlie Cranley also scored a try with veteran fly-half Oscar Triggs kicking nine points off the tee as Oxfordshire caused an upset against an in-form Gloucestershire away at Longlevens RFC.
