NARBERTH and Bargoed are champions of Championship West and East respectively after their victories yesterday.
Centre Hedd Nicholas scored a hat-trick to inspire Narberth to a crushing 61-7 win over Maesteg Quins in their final match of the season. It was their 21st win from 22 in the league this season and sees them smash through the 100-point barrier.
