EDINBURGH rued their failure to finish off the Lions as they suffered a third straight defeat by South African opposition in as many weeks.
After tough losses on the road by the Bulls and Stormers, Mike Blair’s side appeared poised for victory when Ben Muncaster’s try put them 19-12 up on the hour. But a converted try from No.8 Francke Horn and late penalty from Gianni Lombard secured their third straight URC victory after wins at the Ospreys and Cardiff.
