AN outstanding Swansea side earned victory over Pontypridd in a thriller.
The hosts got an early try when Gareth J Rees spotted a gap five metres from his own line, before throwing a pass that Dan Edwards burst onto to score under the posts. A second Swansea try followed soon after with half-backs Edwards and Rees combining well again to send Harri Houston over the whitewash.
