OTLEY finally secured the league title after beating York 10-41 at Clifton Park.
Their tries came from Elliott Morgan and Dan Preston-Routledge, both with two, followed by Dan McGee and Eddie Crossland. Joe Rowntree added four conversions and a penalty.
Toby Atkin crossed for the home side.
Preston Grasshoppers are also promoted following a 3-81 victory at bottom club Northwick.
Matt Lamprey led the way with four tries, Jordan Dorrington snaffled a hat-trick, with Ollie Trippier, Tyler Spence, Rob Bramhall, Mark Murray, Harrison Moulding and Declan Norrington all adding to the score sheet, Ben Pearson was on target with eight conversions.
Lymm were 12-50 winners at Kirkby Lonsdale through tries from James Yates, Gregor Watson, Ollie Higginson, Alfie Simpson, Rhys Lilly, Sam Wadsworth, Rory Riddell and Harry Martin, Cormack Nolan adding five conversions.
Macclesfield beat Burnage 27-44. Seb Pemberton, James Oliver with two, Matt Thorpe, Dan Martin and Tom Brand were the tryscorers for the visitors, with Harry Oliver successful with four conversions and two penalties. Ralph Warton, Kai Fagan and Stuart Oldam went in for Burnage.
Alnwick took the honours 20-14 at home to Sandal. Matt Grey and Jimmy Cowen were the tryscorers, both converted by Evan Moir. George Heppenstall and Jake Adams crossed for the visitors.
Billingham edged it 21-26 at Wirral. Anthony Jackson went over for a hattrick, Joe Roxby bagged one with Luke Armstrong landing three conversions.
Ben Brooks, Matt Dalton and Chris Crowley crossed for the home side all converted by Dan Harvey.
In the East Lancashire derby Rossendale beat Blackburn 34-32 . Nick Fontain, Anthony Bingham with two and Brad Cave were try scorers for the home side, all converted by Lewis Allen.
Josh Jarrold with two Leon Fifield, Frank Skofic and Paddy Gaffy scored tries for the visitors.
