NEWPORT’S dominant first half performance secured them a place in the semi-final of the Welsh Premiership Cup.
The Black and Ambers came out all guns blazing against Bridgend Ravens after over a month without a ballbeing kicked by either side.
The home side’s backs put on a fine display as Matthew Powell and Matt O’Brien touched down in the first 20 minutes.
